You also get an additional small fight from a masked attacker on Entertainment module 081. This also meant you are unable to gain access to the black market wares and finish it LS.

However in TSLRCM, once you stole the plant, you are locked in the dark side of this quest and cannot finish it by reporting to Lt Grenn. In Vanilla, to maximize exp gain from the smuggling side quest, it is best to steal the plant and the shield and then report Samhan Dobo to the Lt Grenn. Fighting the sith troops on board also no longer give valuable loot, only medpac. You gain more exp for defeating the sith troops via the turret rather than fighting them on board the Ebon Hawk. вЂ‹Finally if you manage to get his influence high/low enough to pass the final influence check, you can talk to T3 for some additional dialogue.
